At VimiGoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Return Address: Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or the corporate office address without prior authorization. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return center address and detailed instructions.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, VimiGoods covers 100% of the return shipping costs. Contact us at info@vimigoods.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a defect (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Restocking Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty and grooming tools (if the original seal is broken or the item has been used).
  • Custom Products: Personalized items or special orders.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items containing flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
