Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

Transit time takes 5–9 business days. Most customers receive their orders, including handling time, within 7–12 business days.

If I forget to add something, can you charge my card?
Once your order is placed we are only able to refund your order. We are not able to add charges to your card for security purposes.
How long does it take for a refund to process?
If you are receiving a refund through any major credit card, the refund processing time is 10 business days. Don’t worry, we don’t think you’ll need to receive a refund, unless you accidentally add too many socks out of excitement.
